The shipping rates below apply to all shipping destinations:

  • Shipping cost: $30 for the first item, plus $3 for each subsequent 0.5 kg of weight.
  • Maximum shipping cost: $46.

SHIPPING TIME
We work closely with top carriers such as USPS, DHL, EMS, and/or American Express to ensure successful delivery to our customers.

We process orders on business days, from Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST), except for holidays recognized by the US Postal Service: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Please refer to the time frame below to estimate when you can expect your order. It includes our most popular products and the following time periods:

  • Production time: 4-5 business days.
    This is the time your order waits in the production queue until it is completed. Production times may vary daily depending on the overall order volume.
  • Shipping time: Depending on the destination of the order, the estimated shipping time for your order will vary. While we strive to provide accurate delivery information, please note that shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Any delays that occur once the product has been shipped are beyond our control. If there is any issue or delay, we will notify you via email immediately.

Please note:

  • When your order is ready to ship, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can track the journey of your package.
  • If your order requires personalization or adjustments, it may take a few additional days for our designers to complete the customization. Design time will depend on the complexity of the request.

ORDER TRACKING
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 5-7 business days for the carrier to update the package information in the system. You can track your order at the following link: 17track.

If no tracking information is available, it simply means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. Once the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will appear.

If it is after the estimated arrival date and you haven’t received your order, please contact us and we will assist you further.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure that you provide the correct address during checkout. Note:

  • If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect, we may need to contact you to update the shipping details, which could cause delays in delivery.
  • We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. Returned orders will be donated to charity and will not be returned to our warehouse.
  • For orders returned due to an incorrect address, we require a re-shipping fee to resend your order.
  • If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
  • Please provide the correct email address and check it regularly when placing your order. Shipping information for your order will be sent to your email to avoid the situation where we are unable to contact you, which could delay delivery.
